First thing when checking out my total came up to $29.62 then later on I check my account and noticed $49.00 was charged. Also the driver claimed he couldnt find the address. Nore could he understand simple directions from me. So I hade to me him at the gas station to pick up my order when I paid for delivery for a reason so I didnt have to pick up. The food was cold. And half the order missing.

Staying in hotel. Decided to order food from Charlie Ds.

The order I placed online was for like a rotisserie chicken/baked chicken, potatoes and gravy, broccoli rice, okra and carrot cake. The order was changed by the restaurant to a 2 piece dark fried chicken. I dont want fried chicken but then order has been received with 2 pieces of chicken dry broccoli rice which tastes spoiled carrot cake and a roll. Called the location twice she said to contact eat street and that the roll she gave me was complimentary.

I spoke with Eatstreet customer service. They said they would call the location. Put me on hold and came back on the phone saying that I should call Charlie Ds and speak with them.

I paid almost 30 dollars for items not received and each person passing the buck. Im sure it was the my money they were pocketing.

Refund request

Went to webpage of local business. A message popped up asking if I'd like to reorder based on my last purchase.

I tried yes, paid with card. I noticed the price was higher than last time so I planned on discussing this with them when I picked up my order. (I did not know I was talking with Eat Street as I've placed this order numerous times before. I proceed to the business to pick up my order.

It wasn't until I picked it up and discussed the increase in price, that I discovered my order was placed with Eat Street.

I will not be using this webpage again. However, Eat Street did not deliver my order, I expect the amount to be refunded, which is approximately $10.00l

I have placed two orders through Eatstreet in the last week. Did not receive either of them.

The tickets were open and said preparing food for two hours. When I called the restaurant, I'm informed the food was picked up. When I reach out to eatstreet the chat does not work, I do not get a quick response via email, and when I call I'm informed that the policy is there is nothing they can do. I put specific directions in with my order to get to my house in a new development.

I have ordered through Eeatsreet a dozen times since I moved to this property and have always received my food until the last two times. There has to be some kind of contact between the driver and consumer, like Uber eats has. Or hire drivers that can read directions that are put with the order. Drives that update the tracking the food is on its way, and close out the ticket as delivered when they drop off the food.

Not two hours later while the consumer is wondering where their food is. Very disappointed and sad that I am out $100.00 in ordered food.

Placed an order through EatStreet and their order items and prices were not consistent with what I received from the restaurant. I paid almost $40 more than I should have for what I received. They took no accountability and attempts to contact them via chat and email were futile. Will never use again.

I ordered lunch at a local restaurant through EatStreet and was given a pick up time. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told that the order was not ready and it would be another 20 minutes. I could not wait and cancelled the order. I was told to contact EatStreet for a refund. Which I did and was told I needed to get the refund from the restaurant. This went back and forth. Still no refund and their customer services only response is call the restaurant. I will never order from them again.

Food tasted bad

So I know this is not eat streets problem but I dont use eat street for this very reason! Once I said I did not like my food I was told I had to contact eat street and eat street told me I had to contact the restaurant.

Either way I had terrible tasting food and every combo I ordered came with a egg roll which never got placed into my food boxes. I still have not been refunded for the food that I never ate because it was so disgusting and bland. Talk about terrible hospitality?? I work with food and I dont appreciate being sent back and fourth for a very exspensive order to be refunded.

Still I have not been refunded because eat street told me they called the restaurant and asked about if I really missing items or if I was making it up ? The eat street phone operator told me he would send my concerns to investigate further. He also told me that I couldnt get refunded because the restaurant said I lied and had every single item. But it wasnt just missing items it was not even good.

It was very plain. And dry. As a customer I should be able to be refunded exspecially since I called right after my food was delivered and said I didnt like my food.

Why do I have to wait for further investigation when no one cares because theyre not the one who paid for disgusting food. Someone should have refunded me exspecially since I offered to bring my food back.

I ordered a simple order and part of it was missing. It was hard to even find a contact number for eat street, but I did.

The first person I talked to, the call seemed to drop so I called back - next two people said they couldnt do anything because my issue had already been escalated and someone would reach out later, but via email, even though I was literally on the phone with them. Originally I had asked to either have the missing part replaced or refunded, but when I asked how long it would take to hear back, they said at least 48 hours of processing time, so I definitely wasnt getting this simple issue resolved or anything replaced today.

Other delivery services have much better customer service. Avoid eat street.
